Most any photograph will work. Some photos might have some damage due to age and mishandling over the years. We can generally correct a lot of those issues.  We have the necessary equipment to aid in restoration of seriously degraded photos. If we can't make it look better, we'll contact you. Both black & white and color photos can be used.

Yes, that is no problem. We do not accept videos. It must be a still photo. Just remember, the better quality of photo you send, the better the quality of the ornament will be. If your phone has email capability, just send it to sales@HalcyonTreasures.com. If you can only send text messages, send it to 252-661-3820. BE SURE TO INCLUDE YOUR NAME AND CONTACT INFO either way.

If you have a printer at home with SCAN ability, remove it from the frame and scan it. Then send it to sales@HalcyonTreasures.com with your contact info. 

If you don't have a printer with scanning capability, both Office Depot and Staples offer scanning services, and they can show you how to email it to us from their stores.

No, we only ship to the U.S. at this time.

Yes, provided that the same photo is used for each of the ornaments. This might be multiple ornaments for many members of a family, a class, or a company.

In most cases, two days in production and then it's shipped using the USPS. Delivery times will depend on the postal service. (NOTE: Plan ahead... holidays can get a bit hectic. Allow for a bit of extra time around the Christmas season.)
