Refund policy
Due to the unique nature of the personalized custom items we handle at Halcyon Treasures, there are no returns accepted for these personalized custom items (Final Sale Items) unless one of the exceptions shown below apply. Each item is specifically made for the customer with their provided artwork.
Exceptions & Terms:
1. Errors committed on our part regarding spelling. We keep all order data on file and if an error is made, it will be corrected, and the corrected item will be shipped immediately. We also keep a copy of every finished product on file along with the order details. You need not return a custom personalized item. If our error, we will correct the product and send you a proper replacement, no additional charge.
2. Mistakes in the requested design or product not being delivered as ordered.
3. Physical damage caused but not detected by us in the crafting of your item.
4. You have 7 days to report any problem by email referring to your invoice number. (email: info@halcyontreasures.com)
